Brad Russell


Bradley Russell is an experienced strategist, communicator, and entrepreneur with a career spanning government, technology, and stakeholder engagement. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Big Feed Club Grocery Delivery, a carbon-neutral logistics company serving communities across Newfoundland and Labrador. Under his leadership, the company has grown rapidly, prioritizing fair wages, rural access, and sustainable operations.
Bradley’s professional background includes senior roles in public service, notably as Director of Communications and Digital Strategy for the Official Opposition in Newfoundland and Labrador. In this role, he led strategic messaging, media relations, election platform development, and legislative planning. He has also worked internationally as a private consultant, delivering high-impact digital infrastructure, campaign strategies, and outreach programs across three continents.

His expertise lies in communications, policy development, digital strategy, and team leadership. Bradley has designed and managed tech-driven initiatives like the COVID-19 Booster Bot and the Budget 2016 Calculator, both recognized by national media. He is also a former recipient of the Programmer of the Year award from the Canadian Association of Campus Activities. Through every role, Bradley brings a deep commitment to public good, operational excellence, and bold, practical solutions.
