Through our econav platform we are helping job-seekers discover career opportunities, training programs, and resources to help them find their future in Newfoundland and Labrador’s greener economy.
No experience is better than becoming part of a team and learning on the job. econext facilitates internships and other work integrated learning (WIL)opportunities for job seekers with its membership through its own projects and by leveraging existing funding and programming.
We work to help individuals – particularly those from groups that are under-represented in the workforce – to build their skills in preparation for employment. This includes helping them understand the fundamentals of Newfoundland and Labrador’s green economy, and key attributes in job-seeking: personal branding, professional networking, and interview skills.
