Corner Brook Port Corporation

Corner Brook Port Corporation (CBPC) is a community-based, not-for-profit organization responsible for the operation and development of the Port of Corner Brook on Newfoundland and Labrador’s West Coast. The Corporation’s mission is to facilitate quality ocean transportation of people and goods through strategic partnerships and leadership. This work is delivered through its three lines of business: industrial port operations, cruise tourism, and real estate, supporting connectivity between Western Newfoundland and global markets.

Located at the end of the Humber Arm fjord, the Port of Corner Brook is a naturally sheltered, year-round deep-water port with direct access to the Gulf of St. Lawrence and North Atlantic shipping routes, providing connectivity to Atlantic Canadian, European, and Arctic markets.

The Port provides purpose-built marine infrastructure and strong transportation connections. Working in collaboration with regional stakeholders, CBPC is committed to expanding viable shipping opportunities and advancing projects that support sustainable economic activity, including trade and tourism throughout Western Newfoundland.
