We employ a science-based approach, developing climate-conscious decision metrics for our clients. Our services cover all aspects of climate action, including climate vulnerability assessments, strategic plans for climate resilience, eco-asset management frameworks, GHG inventories and carbon management plans, as well as addressing a just transition to a greener economy.

Over the past nine years, Fundamental Inc. has worked with our clients, often on multiple successive projects, to address their needs related to climate action. Fundamental’s service offering covers all aspects of climate action – from environmental impact analysis and strategic planning to implementation of individual projects. Fundamental has a 70% success rate with funding applications and has supported clients in accessing about $33Mil since 2018. We are proud that our services have a beneficial impact for our clients. Fundamental Inc. is a 100% woman-owned business and a Certified B Corporation. Through the annual purchase of NL-based carbon offsets, Fundamental Inc. has been carbon neutral since 2017. Fundamental Inc. is pledged to the UN Race to Zero Campaign’s SME Climate Hub. We have successfully decoupled our operational carbon emissions from our company’s economic growth and development – our 2024 emissions were 32% lower than our 2019 emissions despite our annual revenue being 2.5 times higher. We are doing more good work with less impact.
