LAT49 Architecture Inc. is a multi-disciplinary architectural firm based in St. John’s, Newfoundland, that provides creative architectural solutions to clients across Atlantic Canada. The firm’s project base includes major offshore oil and gas production facilities on the east coast of Canada, hospitals, post secondary educational facilities, multi-unit residence, schools, community centres, corporate and government offices, retail premises, lighthouses, marine-service buildings, theatres, institutional buildings and recreational facilities. LAT49 have also undertaken a wide range of studies including Carbon Neutral, building envelope assessments, thermographic inspection, master planning, building feasibility, functional programming, land use, energy management, urban and sub-urban design, accessibility anaylsis (including the Rick Hansen Foundation Certification Assessment), environmental and abatement assessments and associated remediation documentation.
